More millennials are moving here as we’re met with a growing workforce to support expanding technology, office, and industrial companies.
Let’s rate Cape Coral on its level of “hotness”:

We can all agree, those statistics are wild, but what’s better than statistics is the feel of the city. Cape Coral is a dynamic city with a tropical lifestyle and hometown vibes. The quality of life here is unparalleled. There is so much to do here but for someone that also enjoys larger city life, Tampa is only 2 hours North and Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are only 2.5 hours East. Living in Cape Coral gives you the best of both worlds.
In 2021, we saw home prices at a median of $360,000. It’s only March of 2022 and the median sales price is already up to $414,500. They will only continue to rise as we see this great city reach its true potential as the large hometown hub of SWFL.
