She is an extremely talented landscape architect (check out her work: VIVA Landscapes) and has been able to create a true tropical oasis in every one of her properties. VIVA La Casa books up fast but, good news for you travelers, they have three total properties, each one as beautiful as the next: VIVA 1.0, VIVA 2.0, and VIVA Luxe.
Each property boasts a beautifully updated interior, furnished with modern coastal vibes throughout. When you’re done being wow-ed by the impeccable details of the inside of the home, head outside where the true vacation begins. You’ll find beautiful sitting areas, fun neon lights, and lush, tropical landscaping. Each home is located close to where the fun happens in downtown Ft. Myers, making it a quick easy drive to shopping and dining.
VIVA La Casa is so much more than just the perfect location for your getaway, they’re also the perfect place to host your bachelorette party, birthdays, product launches, and photoshoots! Palm Leaf Getaway is another one of our favorite Airbnb’s in town. They have the cutest vintage rattan furniture paired with modern-style decor that leaves you feeling like you’ve just flown into the Bahamas. Located in the center of Cape Coral, this home is close to shopping and dining making it the perfect tropical getaway. Palm Leaf Getaway is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom split floor plan making it perfect for families. It sleeps 10+ guests, has a private heated pool (yes even Florida pools need heating), and mature fruit-producing trees in the back: plantains, limes, lemons, grapefruit, and even coconuts! This is truly living in Florida style. As an added plus, bikes with baskets are available for guests to take a stroll through the neighborhood! This Airbnb has literally thought of everything.
3. Inn Season Cottage
When thinking about our favorite airbnbs we couldn’t leave Inn Season Cottage out. And yes, a huge part of that was due to the clever name. Haha, We’re only kidding. This Airbnb is adorable and perfect for your Florida getaway. Located in the desirable McGregor Corridor, this home is close to all the good shopping and dining in town. If you’re looking for a spot to wind down, this is the place to be as it's nestled within a quiet neighborhood and provides a wonderfully relaxing setting.
Inn Season Cottage’s rooms have luxury bedding with Casper mattresses, sateen cotton bedding, and cooling memory foam pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for whipping up your favorite meal. And the backyard is fenced and perfectly set up for sipping on an evening cocktail with plush patio furniture and string lights. You can’t go wrong with this cozy Airbnb!
